that is a clear understanding <strong>(1)<\/strong> of a realistic prototyping funding levels and <strong>(2)<\/strong> of an attainable development timescale, <strong>(3)<\/strong> of a scalable product insertion pathway, and <strong>(4)<\/strong> of a coherent development effort for friction-less market channels to small and medium volume customers.<\/p>\n<p>We choose all our projects based on the <strong>technical competences that our team contributes<\/strong>, mainly <strong>(1)<\/strong> Microsystems\/MEMS Design, <strong>(2)<\/strong> Optoelectronics Integration, <strong>(3)<\/strong> Microfluidics Design,\u00a0 <strong>(4)<\/strong> Microelectronics 3-D Integration, <strong>(5)<\/strong> Advanced Packaging Design and Development, <strong>(6)<\/strong> Devices and Processes Characterization, <strong>(7)<\/strong> Device and Heterogenous Assembly Testing and Q&amp;A and<strong> (8)<\/strong> Cost Analysis, including Reverse Engineering;
